What's a connected account, and how do I count mine?

A connected account is a single platform entity that QUANTI: syncs data from. For example: one Google Ads account, one GA4 property, one Meta ad account, one HubSpot portal. It is not a login. A single Google login can give you access to several Google Ads accounts, and each one counts as one connected account. To estimate your usage, add up the distinct accounts you would connect across all your sources. Each plan ships with a quota (Free: 1, Pro: 5, Growth: 15, Expert: 50, Enterprise: unlimited), and you can add more anytime via the Extra Connected Account add-on at 5€ per month each.
Why is the data warehouse always the primary destination?

Most reporting tools push data straight to a spreadsheet or a dashboard. QUANTI: puts a data warehouse first because that is the only place where your data is structured, queryable, and yours. Three benefits follow. Your AI assistants get clean, business-ready context, with no tokens wasted exploring raw exports. Your activation platforms (Meta, Google, HubSpot) get reliable audiences and conversions. Your team always works on the same source of truth. Spreadsheets and dashboards stay valuable, but as outputs, not as the foundation.

Both. The Free plan is forever, no credit card required: 1 user, 1 connected account, 100,000 rows, Semantic Layer builder and AI Agent / MCP access included. On top of that, Pro, Growth and Expert come with a 7-day free trial so you can stress test the platform on real volumes. You only enter payment details when you decide to keep going.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?

No pay, no extra. When you hit a limit (connected accounts, projects, users), QUANTI: blocks the action and prompts you to upgrade or add the relevant add-on. We never auto-charge overages, never throttle you in the middle of a cycle, never send surprise invoices. Your bill stays predictable. This is a deliberate choice versus pay-per-use models that scale your bill faster than your business.
Can I add more accounts, projects or users mid-cycle?

Yes, in one click. Add-ons cover extra connected accounts, extra projects, and extra analytics capacity. See the Pricing page for the latest prices. They activate immediately and are pro-rated on your next invoice, so you never pay for time you didn't use. Billing stays anchored on your subscription anniversary, no calendar reset, no engagement on top of your monthly plan.
What is the QUANTI: AI MCP, and which LLMs does it support?

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is the layer that lets a Large Language Model talk directly to your data through curated QUANTI: tools (`execute_query`, `list_prebuilds`, `get_schema_context`, and more). It works out of the box with Claude, Mistral, ChatGPT, OpenClaw, and any AI assistant that speaks MCP. You ask in plain language, you get business answers backed by your own data, with full source visibility.
Can I bring my own data warehouse (BYOD)?

Yes. BigQuery is supported on every plan, including Free. Snowflake and ClickHouse are available on the Enterprise plan. If you would rather not run a warehouse yourself, Pro, Growth and Expert include a Managed BigQuery hosted by QUANTI:, billed inside your plan. Either way, you own the data, the schema, and the queries. No lock-in, no shadow copy of your data.
Where is my data hosted, and who owns it?

Your data, your cloud. If you use the Managed BigQuery option, your warehouse lives in France (Scaleway) and never leaves the EU. If you bring your own BigQuery, Snowflake or ClickHouse, the data stays exactly where you put it. QUANTI: processes, you own. There is no QUANTI: copy on a side server, no analytics warehouse owned by us, no risk of getting stuck.
Can I request a new connector?

Yes. We ship a new connector roughly every two weeks. Our public roadmap lists what is in production, in beta, and on the backlog. You can request a connector directly from the app, and we prioritize based on customer needs and community votes. Enterprise plans include on-demand connectors with a dedicated SLA on time-to-delivery.
What support and onboarding do you provide?
